6. What feature do you think makes you unique? How are you contributing to energy access for all?

GreenMax is launching the Green4Access First Loss Facility (G4A) which provides risk mitigation support to lenders to facilitate scale-up of their financing energy access. G4A's local FI partners in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Malawi offer direct consumer lending to households, farms, MSMEs, and health clinics to purchase off-grid solar devices. G4A also supports working capital loans from our partner Charm Impact, to participating off-grid solar companies.

GreenMax also co-manages the Clean Energy and Energy Inclusion Foundation for Africa (CEI Africa) with Triple Jump and Persistent Energy. CEI Africa provides RBF grants and concessional finance to the off-grid energy space in collaboration with crowd lenders.

GOGLA can help inform Aggregated industry data, particularly on portfolio performance is critical to the mainstreaming of flows of finance to the energy access space.
