Established in 2009, Shenzhen Power-Solution has been dedicated to developing and manufacturing world-class, affordable solar lighting products to BoP in off-grid area. Power-solution is responsible for the designing and manufacturing part in the supply chain, means power-solution cooperate with local agents, and local agents in charge of wholesale in the country and set up distribution channels.
Since 2017, the company has been inventing a series new products to not only give BoP people access to energy but also empower them with “education plus energy for productive use”, with the aim to satisfy the upgraded energy consumption needs of BoP people and meanwhile help them increase income through the enhanced productive use; such innovative products include PAYG solar media systems, thermal-to-electricity clean cooking stove, solar-powered agriculture equipment, etc.
From 2009 to 2020, Shenzhen Power-Solution had provided solar products to 5.4 million households across 66 countries. Reduced CO2 4.24 million of tons and generated electricity 47 million of KWH.
