BBOXX secures $15million investment to bring solar power to more households in Africa

British based solar energy provider BBOXX has completed a significant funding round of approximately $15m which will accelerate the company’s vision of improving access to energy across Africa and the developing world. The British solar provider has raised $15 million via a series of equity investments and debt funding into the company from a wide range of investors, including DOEN Foundation, Synergy Energy, Bamboo Finance, Ceniarth, Khosla Impact Fund and new backers ENGIE Rassembleurs d’Energies and MacKinnon, Bennett & Co. Read more
