GOGLA will host a series of events during the Intersolar Europe Exhibition in Munich from 19-21 June, 2013.
The Intersolar Europe is the world’s largest exhibition for the solar industry: 1,500 exhibitors attract more than 60,000 visitors from more than 150 countries to 121,000m² of exhibition space. It has established itself among manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and service providers alike. During the Intersolar Exhibition, GOGLA will host its own booth, its annual general meeting, and a symposium on e-waste management in developing countries.
At the booth, several GOGLA member companies will display their pioneering products and recent innovations. In addition GOGLA will use this opportunity to inform a wider public about its mission and objectives as the main voice of the off-grid lighting industry. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our booth (Hall A2.450).
The GOGLA Working Groups meeting will take place on June 19 and will give GOGLA members the chance to come together to discuss recent developments in the fields of policy and regulation, quality and standards, as well as business models and market intelligence. The board of directors meeting and the annual general meeting will take place on June 20.
On June 21, GOGLA and IFC will jointly host a symposium on e-waste management in developing countries. A panel discussion with high level representatives from electronics and off-grid lighting sectors and stakeholders involved in end-of-life management issues will outline the challenges ahead, provide valuable insights, and show sustainable solutions for e-waste management in developing countries.
We hope you will join us in Munich and help us make these GOGLA events a great success.
