PIDG Technical Assistance Facility

The Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) was established in 2002 as a donor-financed group to help overcome the obstacles to private sector involvement in infrastructure development in developing countries. PIDG mobilises private sector investment to assist developing countries in providing infrastructure vital to boosting their economic growth, and combating poverty.

The PIDG Technical Assistance Facility provides technical assistance support to the various facilities of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), including InfraCo Africa, InfraCo Asia, GuarantCo, Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund, and DevCo. The Technical Assistance Facility is only available to the PIDG Companies (and DevCo) for funding for projects that they may support. It is not available to external applicants.
