Spire Education

Spire Education leads learning and development programmes that enable employees to cultivate the skills and attitudes they need to be successful on the job. Spire blends in-person training with work-based practice and coaching to ensure new ideas translate into new work habits. Spire runs short and long-term training programmes that address the needs most cited by employers: Mindsets/Attitudes, Communication, Productivity and Leadership. They work with junior/frontline staff, middle managers and senior leaders to build the competencies they need to work and contribute autonomously, to live company culture and values, to lead high-performing teams, and effectively execute collective goals. Spire trains small, medium and large teams across East Africa, with a focus on companies who are looking to catapult into their next level of growth. Costs for training are determined on a per cohort (20-25 employees), per day basis and range from $1,500-3,000 per day (depending on level and length of engagement). Spire has a number of partners in the off-grid and solar energy space, and has a deep commitment to helping this growing industry upskill their teams and deliver the best possible results to their customers and other stakeholders.
