Shortlist Futures design and implement youth employment and apprenticeship programs across Africa in partnership with donors, governments, enterprises, and education institutions. We provide on-the-job work experience, promote inclusive hiring, and unlock growth for the clean energy sector.
Through the membership, we see value in supporting GOGLA members with their hiring needs through the youth talent programs we run. This will not only help companies identify and retain great talent but also help us achieve the goal of increasing awareness of job opportunities and representation of women and youth in the energy access sector.
